About
Libby Avery was born in
1952 in Boonville, Missouri. She grew up in a loving home with five brothers and
sisters in East Lansing, Michigan. Libby graduated from Kendall with a
degree in Interior Design and headed to Tampa, Florida to start her career. This
is where she married and began a family. She has designed in Florida and
Missouri and has been an amazing mother of two children.
For over thirty years Libby Avery has been cooking for egg & dairy food allergies. When Libby’s daughter was diagnosed with severe food allergies to egg & dairy her love for cooking turned into a passion to solve the dietary needs of her daughter. Libby experimented with ingredients and substitutions until each recipe tasted like the real thing.
This cookbook is designed to walk you through each step of cooking for egg & dairy food allergies. It offers you a grocery list, pantry list, kitchen supply list, Libby’s favorite substitutions and where to buy them, and carefully crafted recipes.
